These Terms also comprise our Service Rules, Sharing & Distribution Protocol, Utilization Procedures, and other written resources we might supply. 1. Registration and Entry
You should be no younger than 13 years to utilize the Services. Those below 18 require the consent of a parent or lawful guardian. Should you utilize Services on another's behalf, you need authority to accept these Terms for them. When registering, provide authentic and full details. Your access credentials or profile shouldn't be shared outside your entity, and all actions stemming from your credentials fall under your responsibility.
2. Utilization Stipulations
(a) Service Access. You may utilize, and we provide a non-exclusive permission for, the Services per these Terms. Ensure adherence to these rules and relevant laws during Service use. All rights linked to the Services rest with AIQuot and its associates.
(b) Comments. Valuable to us are feedback, ideas, proposals, and improvement suggestions. Any such contributions can be utilized by us without constraints or dues to you.
(c) Boundaries. The Services should not be:
- Used in violation of any individual's rights;
- Tampered with to reveal its underlying code or mechanisms (except if legal boundaries differ);
- Used to craft competing models against AIQuot;
- Exploited to extract data or outcomes, barring what’s allowed via API;
- Portrayed as human-made when it isn’t or in contradiction to our Usage Rules;
- Engaged in trading API access without our approval;
- Used to forward underage personal data.
Also, heed any stipulated rate limits and prerequisites. Services can only be used in AIQuot-supported regions.
(d) External Offerings. Third-party tools or offerings used alongside our Services fall under their respective terms, and we disclaim responsibility for them.
3. Content Details
(a) Your Contributions. You can submit data ("Input") and get results ("Output") produced by the Services. Both "Input" and "Output" are termed “Content”. Given you adhere to these Terms, AIQuot transfers all Output rights to you, enabling varied uses, even commercial. AIQuot might employ Content to uphold and refine the Services, meet legal requirements, and implement our rules. You bear the responsibility for Content’s legitimacy and adherence to these Terms.
(b) Content Similarities. Machine learning might produce non-unique Outputs. Hence, identical queries can result in shared responses across users. Outputs generated for different users are not regarded as your specific Content.
(c) Content’s Role in Enhancement. We don’t employ the Content you interchange via our API ("API Content") to elevate our Services. However, Content from other services ("Non-API Content") might be used for Service improvement. More details on how Non-API Content impacts model progress are available. If you prefer your Non-API Content to remain unutilized for betterments, there’s an opt-out form. This could, however, affect the Services' capability to cater to your needs.
(d) Precision. The realms of AI and machine learning are continually evolving. We relentlessly seek to enhance our Services for improved accuracy and utility. However, due to machine learning's inherent uncertainty, sometimes our Services might deliver inaccurate Outputs. Ensure appropriate verification for your requirements, which might include human assessment.
5. Privacy, Safety, and Data Handling
(a) Privacy. Utilizing the Services might grant you access to AIQuot's Confidential Data and that of its associates or other entities. Such information can solely be used for availing the Services in compliance with these guidelines. Disclosing such data to external entities is prohibited. The confidentiality measures you adopt should be akin to how you'd protect your similar secret information, applying at least reasonable diligence. 'Confidential Data' pertains to unrevealed data that AIQuot or its partners categorize as confidential or that which is implicitly confidential, like software details and other undisclosed business specifics. Yet, Confidential Data excludes data that: (i) is or becomes publicly available not due to your actions; (ii) you already own free from any confidentiality ties before acquiring it under these stipulations; (iii) is correctly shared with you by an external party devoid of any confidentiality requirements; or (iv) you independently conceived without leveraging Confidential Data. Legally mandated disclosure is acceptable, provided AIQuot is alerted reasonably in advance and you make earnest efforts to curtail the exposure scope. Your cooperation in opposing such compulsory disclosures, wherever feasible, is anticipated.
(b) Safety. Adequate and appropriate measures should be employed to safeguard your Service access and utilization. In the event of recognizing any security flaws or transgressions related to your Service use, an immediate notification to AIQuot detailing the issue is mandatory.
(c) Handling Individual Data. Should you employ the Services to manage individual data, it's imperative to give proper privacy advisories and procure necessary permissions for such data handling. You confirm that this processing complies with the pertinent legal frameworks. If intending to use the AIQuot API for handling "personal data" as outlined in the GDPR or "Personal Details" as denoted in CCPA, kindly fill the given form to initiate our Data Handling Amendment.
